Lastly, we strictly prohibit the use of synthetic nitrates or nitrites in our food preparations. These preservatives are commonly found in processed meats, such as bacon, sausages, and deli meats, and have been associated with an increased risk of certain types of cancer, as well as other health problems.

By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to provide our customers with meals that are not only delicious but also free from potentially harmful ingredients.
